Our ambition is to build a vibrant, mixed use community to the south of West Horndon as part of wider growth plans for the area. Innovative, environmentally friendly homes will be designed, including more affordable housing for local people and a whole range of housing types and tenures.

Our plans include new schools, a new local centre, better access to open spaces, a link road connecting to the A128 and improvements to West Horndon train station as part of a brand new, state-of-the-art transport hub.

We want to bring the best placemaking ideas to West Horndon.
